The musical group Electric Ice (aka) Ice Production consist of three brothers Richard Johnson, (aka) Richard Silks) Fredrick Johnson (aka) Fred the Voice and Edward Johnson. The brothers who are originally from Chicago, Illinois traveled all over the country and different parts of the world sharing their special artistic musical gifts with excited audiences everywhere.

Their OLDER brother, Bob, started working with them as young children when he recognized that they had similar musical gifts as their father famous father,
Major Roberson of the legendary Quintet The Pilgrim Jubilees.

“Ice” WAS ONE OF THE FIRST VOCAL GROUPS TO START ITS OWN RECORD label AND DURING THE 70’S AND 80’S, THEY performed on stages with Curtis Mayfield, Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes, Donnie Hathaway, Tony, Toni, Toni, MC Hammer, Con funk Shun, Bill Summers, AND Producer Bunny Sigler, in the Bay Area California for many years.
